Strongly Recommended
Travel insurance.
For cancellations close to your trip date, "Cancel for Any Reason" travel insurance is the difference between losing your trip cost and getting it back. Global Rescue offers both standard and CFAR coverage. Keep in mind you must secure travel insurance at time of booking.
Global Rescue (our partner) →Cancel 90+ days out and you forfeit 10% of the trip cost. The remaining 90% is refunded — or applied as a credit toward a future trip booked within one year of the original arrival date.
Cancel between 61 and 90 days out and you forfeit 50% of the trip cost. The remaining 50% is refunded — or applied as a credit toward a future trip booked within one year of the original arrival date.
This is the window where travel insurance starts to genuinely matter.
Cancellations 60 days or less before arrival: no refund and no credit. At this point we've committed boats, guides, and provisioning specifically for your group, so we can't recoup the costs.
If you have a "Cancel for Any Reason" travel insurance policy, this is the window it covers. We strongly recommend it.
Date changes are accommodated 61+ days before your original arrival date, subject to availability, with a $100 per-person handling fee. Date changes cannot be made within 60 days of arrival.
Pick your dates. We'll handle the rest.
